Organising Southampton Events

The Southampton City Council Events Team has set up two web pages to help any organiser wishing to stage an event. The questions relating to safety and who needs to be involved are available from the web page “Organising Safe Events” as PDF’s or Word documents from :-

In order to get things started the following web page offers guidance and links to application forms that help set out how to go about organising an event. This page is called “Your Event in the City” and can be found at:-
