Marketing Southampton
Marketing Southampton aims to be the city’s strategic Marketing Alliance; it will provide leadership for, coordinate and enable marketing activity in the city to raise Southampton’s profile as an internationally competitive UK city. Together we want to enhance the city’s reputation as a place to live, visit, invest, study and work. The Alliance has adopted and encourages the use of Southampton’s already established brand identity (colours & font).
Marketing Southampton endeavors to work in partnership with existing organisations; we aim to ensure that external perceptions of the city reflect a consistent positive message.

As an Alliance we are looking to develop a City Marketing and Communications Framework. Where appropriate and possible we will suggest pooling partner resources to deliver joint campaigns and we will seek funding to support future marketing initiatives.
Database of City Marketing Activity - Are you involved in Promoting the City?
Marketing Southampton is compiling a database of Southampton city marketing campaigns, city publications and big city events (over 100 spectators). We hope providing a platform to identify all city marketing activities will enable a more coordinated approach and reduce duplication.
