Step forward Southampton’s best and brightest young entrepreneur, Josh Williams of Bizpedia.
25-year-old Josh won the South Coast Business Award for Southampton Young Entrepreneur of the Year, which was sponsored by Southampton City Council, in July 2014 for his fresh approach to local business networking.
Bizpedia offers local businesses the chance to network with others, for free, at monthly breakfast events, and membership now exceeds 500, in only 12 months. A number of local businesses supported and nominated Josh for the award, citing his “decent set of values, positive outlook on life, enthusiasm and energy”, “demeanour and approach…way beyond his age and experience” and “strong drive to make things happen”, which has led him to take his business from “an initial idea to a vibrant growing business networking community”.
