Wheelchair rugby is played by people with any kind of disability or impairment, from spinal injuries to cerebral palsy and everything in between. It is a mixed sport, with men and women playing on the same team.
We're always looking for new players, volunteers and support staff, so if you want to experience wheelchair rugby (AKA murderball) then come along to one of our sessions, all equipment provided!
During training we will often work on drills that teach skills necessary to succeed in wheelchair rugby. Currently, our player base spans everyone from elite level ex-Paralympic athletes (Aaron Phipps) to complete beginners, so everyone is welcome to try.
