📰 The Brooks Shopping Centre join Marwell’s Zany Zebras sculpture project

Marwell Wildlife is excited to announce that the Brooks Shopping Centre have joined the herd in sponsoring a sculpture for Marwell’s Zany Zebras.

The Brooks Shopping Centre, located within the heart of the historic city of Winchester, offers visitors and local residents an exciting and eclectic assortment of national and independent shops to experience.

Liz Marsden, Marketing & Communications Manager said: “We are delighted to be able to sponsor one of Marwell’s Zany Zebras, it’s a fantastic community campaign which supports a great cause raising money to help conserve these beautiful and endangered Grevy's zebras.  We can’t wait to see the Brooks zebra out and about!”
Southampton and Marwell Zoo near Winchester will become the home to a herd of colourful zebra sculptures that will pop up across the city as part of a public art event that promises to create an unforgettable trail for families to enjoy.
Kirstie Mathieson, Project Manager for Marwell’s Zany Zebras said: “Marwell’s Zany Zebras will raise the profile of all the sponsors and partners involved to hundreds of thousands of visitors and residents alike, exploring not only the trail in Southampton but the miniature trail at Marwell Zoo too. We are delighted that the Brooks Shopping Centre have recognised this opportunity and joined the stampede to sponsor a zebra.”

Come and meet Gilbert the zebra and the team on Saturday 23 January in the Brooks Shopping Centre. Grab a #Zelfie and enter the competition for your chance to win a family ticket to Marwell Zoo.
