📰 Are you one of Southampton's good eggs?

Etch UK, one of Southampton’s largest digital agencies is running a massive Easter egg hunt across Southampton this weekend. It's a campaign to unite Southampton’s business to celebrate 50 years of Southampton’s city status during the Easter season – using social media.
The campaign title is ‘50 Good Eggs’ and entails the following:
They are inviting companies, up to a maximum of 50 to correlate with 50 years of Southampton City Status to partake in a Southampton-wide Easter egg hunt. They are encouraged to self-decorate or support local artists in decorating their company egg. Businesses then hide their egg somewhere in a recognisable location somewhere in Southampton city central, take a picture of it which includes a clue of some sort, tweet it up on Instagram or Twitter at #50goodeggs and encourage the general public to look for their egg. Ideally companies donate a small prize eg £50/£100 voucher to the finder of their egg.

Successful egg hunters, then tweet a selfie with their egg at #50goodeggs and are entered into a draw for numerous egg-tastic prizes eg 1 x overnight stay at The Pig in the Wall, Watersport adventures, Toys, Amazon vouchers are all up for grabs.
We’ve seen a diversity of our city’s businesses signup with major support from Discover Southampton, Solent University and even the Southampton city council are currently painting a egg!
Etch Uk always aim to build community through various inaitives such as Hacksoton, a developers community and now this novel campaign bringing together Southampton’s businesses, local talent and the general public during the Easter weekend.
Businesses need to request a free egg by Thursday 17th 3pm at and the hunting season is open from Friday 18th until Tuesday  22nd.
Support them by requesting an egg or simply engage with them at #50goodeggs.
