Discover Southampton has teamed up with Royal Caribbean International to celebrate the launch of the new Independence of the Seas – the world’s largest and most wow-factor packed cruise ship. Arriving in the UK at the end of April 2008, you can win the chance to be one of the first people ever to set foot onboard the spanking new ship when she premiers in Southampton. This is a once-in-a-lifetime money-can’t-buy prize with no tickets available to buy for the launch celebrations.

These exclusive launch celebrations will take place in Southampton on Saturday 26th April, several days before any other holidaymakers will join the ship for her first paid-for cruise.
